   the arnewsline is sent directly to a special account which then feeds it to a   
   processing program i wrote to do the cleaning up and extracting the best   
   version from the two or three in the email... yahoo really messed a lot of   
   things up when they dropped the plain text format :/   
      
   other stuff comes in as emails which i do copy and paste...

   everything has already been handled AFAIK... they're certainly not being   
   (re)published and there's definitely no $$$ involved... most certainly the   
   non-existant links cannot work in this media ;)

   the whitehouse postings used to be gathered by a script... i forget who was   
   doing it originally but they left and i was given the task... it was all   
   automated and worked great until the current POTUS' media folks changed   
   everything over to the current format they are using... it has made it nearly   
   impossible to gather the articles and convert them for posting in fidonet... i   
   sent them several emails asking for the ability and never received any word   
   back from them at all so it was dropped since it didn't work any longer   
   anyway... other services of similar nature also fell to things like this :(
