   So is this content you just copy/paste into this echo from an arrl email you   
   get? Just wondering how it all works, author permissions to cross post etc.   
      
   also can you tell me about some of the older echos (whitehouse releases etc.)   
   and how they landed in the fidonet system in the past? It seems like a lot of   
   content may have dried up and im wondering if its a lack of gating avaialble   
   now as some gateways may have ceased or ?
