   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

   FIJI, 3D2.  Jeff, K0UU will be QRV as 3D2FJ from Beqa, IOTA OC-016,   
   from March 23 to 31.  Activity will be holiday style on 80 to 10   
   meters using CW.  QSL direct to home call.   
      
   TOGO, 5V.  Phil, F5MVB and Joel, F5AOW will be QRV as 5V7MP and   
   5V7BJ, respectively, from Avepozo from March 23 to 31.  Activity   
   will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB.  QSL to home calls.   
      
   MALDIVES, 8Q.  Ted, JF1CCH is QRV as 8Q7TS from Hulhumale, IOTA   
   AS-013, until March 31.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters, and   
   possibly 160 and 80 meters, using CW, SSB and RTTY.  This includes   
   being an entry in the upcoming CQ World Wide WPX SSB contest.  QSL   
   to home call.   
      
   BAHRAIN, A9.  Operators A92AA and A93LT will be QRV using special   
   event call A91WMD on March 23 during World Meteorological Day.  QSL   
   via IZ8CLM.   
      
   SPAIN, EA.  Special event station EH3DWN is QRV until March 27 to   
   raise awareness of Down Syndrome, operating in the context of the   
   international Down Syndrome Day.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters   
   using CW, SSB, RTTY, PSK and ROS.  QSL via EA3HKY.   
      
   IRAN, EP.  Mohsen, EP3SMH has been QRV using RTTY on 15 meters   
   around 1400z.  QSL to home call.   
      
   MAYOTTE, FH.  Hartwig, DL7BC is QRV as TO7BC until March 4.   
   Activity is on 20 to 10 meters, and possibly 40 meters, using SSB   
   and various digital modes.  This includes an entry in the upcoming   
   CQ World Wide WPX SSB contest.  QSL to home call.   
      
   AUSTRAL ISLANDS, FO.  A group of operators are QRV as TX6G from   
   Raivavae, IOTA OC-114, until April 1.  Activity is on 160 to 10   
   meters using CW, SSB and RTTY with three stations.  This includes   
   being an entry in the upcoming CQ World Wide WPX SSB contest.  QSL   
   via operators' instructions.   
      
   SAN ANDRES AND PROVIDENCIA, HK0.  Vlad, UA4WHX is QRV as HK0/UA4WHX   
   from Providencia Island, IOTA NA-049.  Activity is on 80 to 10   
   meters using mainly CW with some RTTY.  His length of stay is   
   unknown.  QSL to home call.   
      
   BULGARIA, LZ.  Special event station LZ136LO is QRV during March to   
   celebrate Bulgarian independence from Turkish rule.  QSL via LZ1KZA.   
      
   NETHERLANDS, PA.  Special event station PH2014NSS is QRV until March   
   30 during the Netherlands hosting of the 3rd Nuclear Security   
   Summit.  QSL via PA3EFR.   
      
   BURKINA FASO, XT.  Operators JH3AEF, JA3IVU and JA3VWT are QRV as   
   XT2AEF, XT2IVU and XT2VWT, respectively, until March 26.  Activity   
   is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and digital modes.  QSL to home   
   calls.   
      
   KAZAKHSTAN, UN.  Members of the Traveling Radio Amateurs are QRV as   
   UP44WFF from the delta of the Ili River from the Kerensky State   
   Reserve and then the Balkhash State Nature Reserve until March 24.   
   Activity is on the HF bands.  QSL via bureau.   
      
   ASIATIC RUSSIA, UA0.  A group of operators are QRV as RT9K/p from   
   Litke Island, IOTA AS-089, while on a radio snowmobile IOTA   
   expedition.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and PSK.   
   QSL via RX9KM.   
      
   ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS, VU4.  Krish, W4VKU plans to be QRV as   
   VU4K from Port Blair from March 22 to 30.  Activity will be on the   
   HF bands using SSB and RTTY.  QSL via operator's instructions.   
      
   CHATHAM ISLAND, ZL7.  A group of operators are QRV as ZL7AAA until   
   March 31.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY and   
   PSK31 with several stations active.  QSL via VE7NY.   
      
   PRINCE EDWARD AND MARION ISLANDS, ZS8.  Nadia, ZS8A has been QRV   
   from Marion Island on 10 meters from around 1540 to 1600z using SSB.   
   QSL via ZS8C.   
      
   OPERATION APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operation is   
   approved for DXCC credit:  Afghanistan, T6DD, current operation.   
      
   SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS.  W1AW Centennial Stations W1AW/KH2 in Guam,   
   W1AW/4 in Tennessee and W1AW/5 in New Mexico are QRV until 2359z on   
   25 March.  In addition, W1AW Centennial Stations W1AW/0 in Iowa and   
   W1AW/1 in Vermont will be QRV starting at 0000z on March 26.  They   
   will be active until 2359z on April 1.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The CLARA HF Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt,   
   NCCC RTTY Sprint, NCCC Sprint, FOC CW QSO Party, Oklahoma QSO Party,   
   Louisiana QSO Party, QCWA Spring QSO Party, UBA SSB Spring Contest   
   and the Nauryz DX Contest are all on tap for this upcoming weekend.   
   The SKCC CW Sprint, CWops Mini-CWT CW Test and QRP CW Fox Hunt are   
   scheduled for March 26.  Please see March QST, page 84 and the ARRL   
   and WA7BNM contest web sites for details.
