   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by   
   NC1L, The Daily DX, the OPDX Bulletin, DXNL, Contest Corral from QST   
   and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.   
      
   SRI LANKA, 4S.  Peter, DC0KK is QRV as 4S7KKG until March 13.  He is   
   active on the HF bands using mostly RTTY, PSK and WSJT.  QSL direct   
   to home call.   
      
   SIERRA LEONE, 9L.  Stephen, G7BXU will be QRV as 9L1BXU from   
   Freetown December 19 to January 7.   Activity will be on the HF   
   bands.  QSL to home call.   
      
   TONGA, A3.  Dave, W6ZL is QRV as A35KL from Foa Island, IOTA OC-169,   
   until December 20.  Activity is on 80 to 10 meters using mainly CW,   
   but also with some SSB and RTTY as well.  QSL to home call.   
      
   ANGOLA, S2.  Craig is QRV as D2SG and has been active on 12 meters   
   around 1500z.  QSL via GM4FDM.   
      
   PHILIPPINES, DU.  Hans, DL5SDF is now QRV with his new call sign   
   4F9HXB from Mindanao, IOTA OC-130.  He is generally active on 160 to   
   20 meters using CW.  QSL to home call.   
      
   SOUTH COOK ISLANDS, E5.  Guilo, IW3HVB will be QRV as E51HVB from   
   Rarotonga Island, IOTA OC-013, from December 20 to 24.  Activity is   
   on 40 to 10 meters using SSB, with an emphasis on 40 and 20 meters.

   JERSEY, GJ.  Antonio, CT1EDX is QRV as GJ/home call until January 1.   
   QSL to home call.   
      
   BANGLADESH, S2.  Operators JH1AJT, JP1TRJ, JJ1LIB, KL2A, DS4EOI and   
   A51HI are QRV as S21YX from Dhaka until December 21.  Activity is on   
   160 to 10 meters, with an emphasis on 160, 80 and 40 meters, using   
   CW and SSB with two stations active.  QSL via JH1AJT.   
      
   ICELAND, TF.  Thor, TF4M has been QRV on 80 meters between 1100 and   
   1200z.  QSL to home call.   
      
   GUATEMALA, TG.  Martin, DL5RMH is QRV as TG9/home call from   
   Guatemala City until January 13.  Activity is on 40 to 10 meters   
   using CW.  He is mainly active on 30 meters.  QSL to home call.   
      
   MACQUARIE ISLAND, VK0.  Kevin is QRV as VK0KEV and is here until   
   April 30.  Of late he has been active on 15 meters using RTTY around   
   2230z.  QSL via JE1LET.   
      
   ANTARCTICA.  Mike, VP8DMH is QRV as VP8DMH/p on the British   
   Antarctic Survey's Fossil Bluff station on Alexander Island, IOTA   
   AN-018.  He is here for about two weeks.  He is active on 40, 20 and   
   17 meters using mainly SSB.  QSL via operator's instructions.   
      
   CHAGOS ISLAND, VQ9.  Larry, N0QM is QRV as VQ9LA and is here until   
   January 24.  He has been active using RTTY on 30 and 20 meters   
   around 0130z.  QSL to home call.   
      
   OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are   
   approved for DXCC credit: Temotu Province, H40HP, 2009 operation and   
   Saudi Arabia, 7Z1HB, 2007 to present.  If you had any of these   
   operations rejected in recent applications, send an email to   
   dxcc@arrl.org to have your record updated.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL CW Rookie Roundup, Russian   
   160-Meter Contest, Stew Perry Topband CW Challenge, OK DX RTTY   
   Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC CW Sprint Ladder, AGB-Party Contest,   
   RAC Winter Contest, Croatian CW Contest and ARCI Holiday Spirits   
   Homebrew CW Sprint will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming   
   weekend.  The Run for the Bacon QRP CW Contest is scheduled for   
   December 20.  The SKCC CW Sprint and QRP CW Fox Hunt are both   
   scheduled for December 22.  The Lighthouse Christmas Lights QSO   
   Party runs from December 18 to January 2.  Please see December QST,   
   page 66 and the ARRL and WA7BNM contest web sites for details.
