   This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by   
   KX9X, NC1L, W3NO, QRZ DX, The Weekly DX, the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX

   KENYA, 5Z.  Roger, LA4GHA is QRV as 5Z4/LA4GHA from Nairobi for the   
   next two years while on work assignment.  Activity is on 160 to 10   
   meters using CW, SSB and various digital modes as time permits.  QSL   
   to home call.   
      
   WEST MALAYSIA, 9M2.  Rich, PA0RRS is QRV as 9M2MRS from Penang   
   Island, IOTA AS-015, until around December 25.  Activity is   
   generally on 80 to 6 meters.  QSL to home call.   
      
   UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, A6.  A group of operators from the Emirates   
   Amateur Radio Society plan to be QRV as A63HI from Umm Al Hatab   
   Island, IOTA AS-021, from December 19 to 24.  Activity will be on   
   the HF bands.  QSL via IZ8CLM.   
      
   DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, HI.  Alex, RO5D will be QRV as HI7/RO5D from   
   December 15 to 25.  Activity will be on 20, 15 and 10 meters, and   
   possibly 40 meters as well.  QSL to home call.   
      
   JAPAN, JA.  Special event station 8J6HAM is QRV from Kyushu, IOTA   
   AS-077, from the 12th West Japan Ham Fair until March 3, 2013.  QSL   
   via bureau.   
      
   FINLAND, OH.  Operators Marko, OH8KVY, Juha, OH9MM and possible   
   others are QRV with club call sign OF3I from the Arctic Circle.   
   They are active until December 16.  This includes being an entry in   
   the OK DX RTTY Contest.  QSL via operators' instructions.   
      
   NETHERLANDS, PA.  Christmas special event stations PA12XMAS,   
   PB12XMAS and PD12XMAS are QRV until January 1, 2013.  Activity is   
   mainly on 12 to 10 meters using SSB.  QSL via PB5X.   
      
   CURACAO, PJ2.  Joeke, PA0VDV is QRV as PJ2/PA0VDV until December 18.   
   Activity is mainly on 30, 17 and 12 meters using mainly CW.  QSL to   
   home call.   
      
   SEYCHELLES, S7.  Werner, DC8QT will be QRV as S79QT from Mahe, IOTA   
   AF-024, from December 19 to January 7, 2013.  Activity will be on 40   
   to 10 meters using SSB, RTTY and PSK31.  QSL to home call.  In   
   addition, Tom, DL5NEN and Claudia, DO5NEN will be QRV as S79NEN from   
   La Digue from December 15 to 28.  QSL via DO5NEN.   
      
   EUROPEAN RUSSIA, UA.  Special event station R20BIS QRV until   
   December 31 in celebration of the silver jubilee of the   
   telecommunication company Bashinformsvyaz.  QSL via RU9WZ.   
      
   MEXICO, XE.  Special event station 4A0MAYA will be QRV from December   
   19 to 23 to commemorate the beginning of a New Maya Age that begins   
   every 5125 years.  Activity will be on 40 to 6 meters using SSB,   
   RTTY and PSK31.  QSL via XE3RCC.   
      
   VIET NAM, XV.  Heli, DD0VR and Bigi, DE3BWR are QRV as XV0VR until   
   January 4, 2013 from various islands.  Activity is on 20 to 10   
   meters using CW and SSB.  QSL via DD0VR.   
      
   INDONESIA, YB.  Leo, YC9MLL will be QRV from Maumere on Flores   
   Island, IOTA OC-151,  from December 15 to January 15, 2013.   
   Activity will be on 40, 20, 15 and 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY,   
   SSTV and PSK31.  QSL direct via DW1OXL.   
      
   TRISTAN DA CUNHA AND GOUGH ISLANDS, ZD9.  Gerard, ZS1KX is QRV as   
   ZD9KX from Gough Island, IOTA AF-030, until October 2013.  He is   
   active on the specific frequencies of 14175, 18145, 18155 and 21210   
   KHz.  This may soon include being active on 7078 KHz.  QSL via   
   ZS6KX.   
        
   QSL MANAGER CORRECTION.  As reported in DX News ARLD050, the correct   
   QSL Manager for V31NO is W3NO.   
      
   THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The ARRL CW Rookie Roundup, Russian   
   160-Meter Contest, OK DX RTTY Contest, QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC Sprint,   
   Feld Hell Sprint, Croatian CW Contest and the QRP ARCI Holiday   
   Spirits Homebrew CW Sprint are all on tap for this weekend.  The Run   
   for the Bacon QRP Contest is scheduled for December 17.  The QRP CW   
   Fox Hunt is scheduled for December 19.  Please see December QST,   
   page 69, and the ARRL and WA7BNM Contest websites for details.

   Users and sysops with materials appropriate for distribution   
   via the ham-fdn should contact the coordinator for submission   
   guidelines at the above shown address.  IF you have access to   
   shareware programs that would be useful to radio amateurs,   
   or other files which may be appropriate use the back channel   
   area to submit them.  IF you are not sure how to accomplish this   
   contact the fdn coordinator, or ask your local bbs sysop.
