     NEver knew the scores were available.  IF they would   
   have been in braille I'm sure my ex wife would have done the piracy thing and   
   made copies.  SHe and I used to take turns   
   dictating while the other manned the braille writer to   
   bootleg our own scores, lead sheets, etc. from material from various braille   
   music lending libraries.  We'd order it, and before the loan term was up we'd   
   braille our own copy.  She   
   kept most of the classical stuff, left me with the popular   
   music and jazz of course .
