Since "JD" doesn't seem to want to answer, perhaps you can help clear
   this up for me...

Please explain how offering a "premium" version of a product (in this
case a book) is "exploiting" anyone, or is "immoral". Please.

As a follow on - is it also "immoral" to offer things like a First Class
seat on an airplane, at greatly increased cost? Should that be
considered as exploiting the poor saps sitting in Economy?

How about eating at an upscale restaurant, when I could stay alive by
simply eating a can of dog food. Am I exploiting the common folk by
spending 10 times what I might have otherwise?

Serious questions here. Please help me understand. Thanks.
