   Multimail has an option called "UseLynxNav" in .mmailrc. I have mine set to   
   off but I don't know if that will help any.

   MultiMail is the best option I know of for offline mail in linux.   
      
   You can also use the web interface in a web browser at trmb.ca, then links   
   open up as expected.
