   I use SyncTERM myself and it works well for me. You can get the source from   
   http://syncterm.bbsdev.net. There are instructions there to get the source from   
   cvs and that it the way I get it.   
      
      
   NetRunner is also good. You can get it at http://mysticbbs.com
