   No - only approx. 4 hours on RPi 4B with 4 Gb RAM :-)

   I update kernels either after some serious security fixes being upstreamed or   
   after a month (or two) had passed since previous build, whichever comes first.   
      
   That's ok for production use and even for the distribution assembly.
