   The easiest way I found was to download a statically linked binary which I   
   found here;

   According to file;

   No problem.  I normally install everything needed from scratch but in this   
   case didn't really want or need all that is required to build it.  As far as   
   Haskell is concerned I am definetly not in the market for another compiler.
