   Yeah, I don't recall the rules for this echo, but if the name settings are   
   wrong, that's your sysop's fault.  I set Fidonet echos to real names, I can   
   always change the settings, for echos that allow aliases. :)   
      
   But that said, incorrect settings don't help users. ;)
