please also check your mystic setup for the binkp server... you have it   
   forcing secure connections... you need to adjust that setting and only force   
   secure sessions with your links in the config record for each of them...   
      
   why do you need to adjust it? because no one can connect and send netmail   
   unless they are in your config...
