   I've not used cfdisk for some time. It would appear it's command   
   repertoire is somewhat limited. Afraid you're going to have to go with   
   something else - bite the bullet and load the ubuntu live cd - it should   
   have sufficient tools, and if it does not have gparted then you may be   
   able to install it. Try an 'apropos partition' once you get it up to see   
   what might be available.
