   They used to have an excellent help desk - then they fired   
   everybody and went off to Bangladesh or something, and have nothing   
   but parrots.  However their help pages are still quite good.  This   
   is why you are better off with a small local ISP, provided you can   
   put up with the limited service area.  I originally picked ATT with   
   the idea that I could stay with them whereever I moved.  Hah - when   
   I moved to Maine they had no service worth mentioning.
