   Customer support CAN NOT walk you through it if the browser you   
   are using can not render the pages correctly.  The registration process   
   ASSUMES that you are using IE.  There is coding on the website that   
   does not render correctly if you do not have IE.  I have complained   
   long and hard about this.  The registration process should be developed   
   by COMP:ETENT web programmers who know what they are doing   
   and write web code that is UNIVERSAL, not IE specific.

   detailed accounts.   
      
   AT&T needs to fix this problem so the registration process in GENERIC   
   and not IE specific, mac support not withstanding.
