More like potayto and canteloupe.
Practically the only thing they have in common beside Ub are the
multimedia codecs. A minority of what Automatix2 changes or adds^1 is
the codecs, maybe 10%, actually less. A minority of what Mint changes
or adds^2 is the codecs, maybe 20%, probably less. That means that
[roughly] 90% of what Automatix is about isn't what Mint is about and
80% of what Mint is about isn't what Automatix is about. That ain't
potatoes.
