   Oh, that is a PIA. That's why I went to individual.net when it was free and    
   paid up when it became a non-free service. Those boys/gals at Uni Berlin    
   have probably added many HDs to keep up with all the subscribers to a fine    
   service and had to start asking for money for its upkeep. It hasn't failed    
   me yet in all these years. In the meantime my ISP has dropped its news    
   service, and just as well as it was a hit and miss with many hiccups and    
   many complaints, at least by me.
