   Nope, the problem is the teranews advertising trailer creating a 2nd   
   delimiter and how your/many newsagents handle that; ie how some   
   newsagents handle the 'condition' of two sig delimiters in a single   
   post. Some of them only trim the last one.   
      
   OE enhanced with QuoteFix [which can be configured to sig trim, whereas   
   native OE can't] trims only the last sig delimiter; whereas Tbird trims   
   at the first sig delimiter, which would give the desired result in this   
   case.
