   Ubuntu recognizes the USR5410 just fine. It is the card that I use.   
      
   I still have not been able to get it to work with WPA, but it works fine   
   with WEP or no encryption.   
      
   That network Icon you have is probably for an ethernet device (if you have   
   one). To configure the wireless, go to System | Administration |   
   Networking and configure the Wireless adapter.
