   I would strongly recommend you google up an explanation of the Linux   
   filesystem. If you are unable to type a fully qualified file path then   
   editing menu.lst as root is potentially very dangerous.   
      
   What did "not worked" mean? When asking a technical question its better   
   to be more specific e.g   
      
   I typed   
      
   sudo nano boot/grub/menu.list   
      
   and got "menu.lst file not found" returned, what is wrong? In which case 100000   
   posters would point out you didnt fully qualiy the pathname and the   
   correct solution is:   
      
   sudo nano /boot/grub/menu.list   
      
   (note the preceeding forward slash).
