That may give you an answer, though. It is probably easy to find the
Windows driver for the card, even in RAID mode. If it works in Linux that
way, use it and install the Windows driver for that side.
I may not make sense, but hey, if it works, use it.
And with the low cost of SATA drives, it may even make sense to make it a
mirror set. Buy a similar-sized drive, and have protection...
