   Did you actually READ my reply, or just spout off? I didn't say not to   
   use encryption. Not even close. I simply said that the risk of someone   
   breaking the encryption and using my internet access isn't that worrysome.

   Noone. They will come to your house, and check your computers. They will   
   check your router logs. When they see the actual evidence, all will be   
   dropped.   
      
   It would be a pain in the ass, but you would not "take the rap".   
      
   And, while encryption will mitigate this situation some, it will not   
   prevent it from happening. Breaking wireless encryption is a little time   
   consuming, but it is not that hard to do for someone willing to spend the   
   time.
