Sinner's reply is the only reply. If a beginner doesnt know what a url
is then he's buggered.
The only thing missing from the link for a beginner was to first open a
bash shell.
Mindless repeating (cut & paste) of existing online info is one of the
Linux curses IMO since it leads to "chinese whisper" mistakes and
misunderstandings - especially when one discovers its different for
other distros.
Always point to the FAQ/official HowTo.
