   Generally I've been happy with M$ up until now. It's just this Vista DRM    
   overhead stuff that has convinced me to move.   
   My kids just gave me back my old Win98 machine and I'm setting it up as a    
   media center to the HiFi and TV - I've got it (somewhat flakily) working OK    
   on a 'g' wireless network.   
   I'll get it running a bit better in win then convert it to Ubuntu and when    
   that is working OK I will convert my main PC. Though I too will have to keep    
   a win partition for win only maintenance manuals etc.
