   Hello friends,   
           I really would like a non-linear video editor on my system and   
   cinelerra   
   seems to be the best I've found so far.  It will not install on Dapper, at   
   least I believe so from what I have read, and I did find some instructions   
   for getting it installed on Edgy.   
           So how "beta" is Edgy?  Will I be kicking myself later because Edgy is   
   buggy and unreliable.  By the way I have an Intel Core II Duo CPU and 2   
   Gigs of memory and a 250 G drive.  So I should be able to support the video   
   editing application.
