   Steve, Am I rightly understanding that you did two clones for laptops and   
   expect an entirely different desktop device to function properly from a   
   cloned laptop setup? I think not - reads to like an "apples and oranges"   
   scenario to me. Do a direct install on the desktop, and I'll bet things go   
   much better.
