   I'm absolutely not sure about that, because if I've understood well there   
   are plans to build such things in hardware too. Anyway, if somebody finds   
   a way to work around this, this will probably be illegal in (a lot of)   
   countries.   
   No problem with this kind of 'illegal' things, but it's better if it's   
   just simply legal.   
   It also gives Microsoft almost absolute control over what people can and   
   cannot see on internet. Like it or not: the overwhelming majority is using   
   Microsoft, at the moment.   
   If I combine this with the plans Microsoft has to replace (X)HTML and CSS   
   with XAML, they're again really trying to get their hands on internet.
