   Certainly true, the OP didn't say..."I went out and bought brand   
   new power-consuming hardware so I could run Vista"... the OP already   
   had a power hungry computer.  Got to remember, this IS a Linux   
   newsgroup, and I think we all know people running some pretty   
   serious infrastructure (and even desktops) using some pretty   
   old stuff. :)   
      
   What can I say.. I like power... and hence I admit.. I'm definitely   
   NOT green computer wise... even though I only run Linux.
