You are improperly attributing a quote from Neil Rickert which I posted
   here in news:45c0f005$0$97234$892e7fe2@authen.yellow.readfreenews.net
which was originally from in his message
   news:ep8evn$5n8$1@usenet.cso.niu.edu

In my message I gave two links, one snurled googlegroups and one direct
googlegroups to the thread when I attributed his cite as The
original message can be found here....

I think you would be best to go to the newsgroup alt.security.pgp and
discuss that with Neil. The message he posted showed a headerline with
the pgp signature in the form of X-PGP-Sig: and it appears that his
   newsagent is User-Agent: nn/6.7.0

My understanding from searching on the program xpgpsig is that it is a
commandline utility by a German developer but that it supposedly has
   English docs http://www.elbiah.de/tools/old/ XPgpSig -
Kommandozeilen-Tool zum Signieren und Verifizieren von USENET-Artikeln
mit "X-PGP-Sig:"-Header. - Commandline-utility to sign and verify
   USENET-articles with "X-PGP-Sig:"-header. - Download: xpgpsig.zip
   (Version 1.1.0.0, 50 KB, 1999-01-30)
