   I don't know if their is a pointy-clicky way to do this, the only way I   
   know how to do it is to edit your /etc/fstab file and add an entry for the   
   drive in question along the lines of;   
      
   /dev/hdb1 /media/hdb1 ext3 defaults 0 1   
      
   replacing the relevant bits with your own requirements   
      
   Also note you will probably have to create the folder /media/hdb1 as well
