   It is used for schematic capture. That is, I can draw circuits using    
   this and them make printed circuit boards.

   The manual is called Eagle.pdf. It can also be downloaded from the above    
   site.   
      
   After installaton, its home is in home/usr/share.   
      
   When I am in that directory, I type "Eagle." It then runs in a GUI.   
      
   When I try save my work, all I do in the pulldown menu is click on    
   "save." It asks me for a file name. After I give it a file name and    
   continue, I get a message saying I don't have permission.
