The usual way of cloning a drive is with the 'dd' tool. I've never
personally tried this with a CF card or any other type of flash memory
card, but I don't know of any reason why it shouldn't work.

Your card probably appears as something like /dev/sda1 depending on where
you plug it in (USB slot or memory card). So you would normally clone the
   partition with:
    dd if=/dev/sda1 of=cf-card.img
But since it's a bootable card, you might need to clone the whole thing:
    dd if=/dev/sda of=cf-card.img

The above commands read the partition (or drive) device into a file that's a
bit-for-bit image of the device. You then write that image back out to
another card with one of these:
    dd if=cf-card.img of=/dev/sda1
    dd if=cf-card.img of=/dev/sda

Make sure you use the correct matching command: with /dev/sda1 to clone just
the partition, /dev/sda for the whole drive. And make sure you get the
commands the right way round: 'if' means 'input file' and 'of'
means 'output file', so you want 'if=/dev/sda' in the first command
   and 'of=/dev/sda' in the second.

If I were you, I'd try each pair of cloning commands and then try booting
from the cloned copy. The worst that can happen is a) it won't boot, so
you'll have to do some more searching/Googling; b) you might need to
reformat the card you've cloned onto.
