Your OE is configured to post to newsgroups as html. It should be
plaintext for all news messages. Perhaps also for email, but that is a
different discussion.
At least change the news configuration here; that is a must.
OE/ Tools/ Options/ Send tab - News Sending Format - check the
plaintext, not html
Regarding the email sending config. The default should be plaintext for
email as well. If some particular email might need to be html, then
that mail can be configured for it during editing.
