   I have a Compaq presario laptop with a Broadcom   
   wireless adapter.  I have tried using methods I   
   found online to make this adapter work using an   
   ndis wrapper with no success yet. I have thought   
   about using a USB adapter, if there is one that   
   that will actually work under v. 6.06 or 6.10.   
   Doing a search I found this list on the Ubuntu   
   help page, https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WifiDocs/WirelessCardsSupported   
   but many of the USB adapters listed I cannot   
   find any place to obtain them, and with others   
   I have found various articles and forum posts   
   stating that they do not work well.   
   I am looking at this item which I have used in   
   the past with a Windows computer

   Does anyone here know of a USB wireless adapter
