What is the best wireless card manager for Ubuntu?

I use a USRobotics USR5410 wireless card, but have a few minor issues...

First, it doesn't show any settings in the standard Network Manager for
WAP encryption. Just a place for a passkey, and whether it is ASCII or
Hex. It connects fine to my WEP AP at home, but won't connect to a WPA
   Public Key AP at work.

Second, I use this laptop on several networks, and the Network Manager
doesn't have any obvious way to store several profiles, thus making me
remember all of the keys (or store them in a text file) in order to
manually switch them. I'd love to be able to just open a manager, select
an SSID, and have the settings already there...

Any help would be hugely appreciated. I am fairly new to Ubuntu, but have
been using Fedora for quite some time. Ubuntu has been fantastic for
almost everything, but this is one place where the default manager seems a
   little lacking...

   Thanks...
