   The way I have it set up is by setting the Desktop preferences from the   
   desktop icon (bottom right if it´s in the same place as mine) right   
   clicking, selecting preferences and ticking ¨show workspace name¨. Even   
   though there´s only one workspace, compiz seems to split that window into   
   4.

   I´m having a bit of trouble and I have to switch from us layout to gb   
   after a reboot. Still, I could probably set up a script to do it
