   Sounds good, but since I have never seen it, and my XP has committed    
   suicide, how do I talk him through the "turn it on" part and the "tell   
   me what I need to know to connect" part?   
      
   Remember, he has poor vision, only one hand, and has to hold the phone    
   with that hand for me to help him.  When he does put down the phone and    
   grab the mouse, his disabilities make it difficult for him to move it   
   where he wants it to go.  And he is not very computer-savvy.   
      
   But his disabilities are not in his mind--if I explain (slowly) and show    
   him at the same time, he will be able to repeat it--though he may have    
   to use Dragon Naturally Speaking instead of the mouse.
