   Thank you for your honest and informative reply.  I really want to like    
   64bit computing, I really do.  I have heard so many bad things, whether    
   it is XP 64bit or Ubuntu.  Its a shame, I'd like to have over 4GB of RAM    
   and add some more storage, but it seems it isnt worth the headache.
