   It's a little like that. I need to "remote control" his   
   Windows XP computer for the reasons described above.   
      
   And for the same reasons, he is not going to install   
   VNC or Timbuktu or such and he definitely won't be   
   installing Linux.   
      
   Sorry I omitted the detail about him having XP.   
   _I_ have Mac OS X, and Kubuntu. I had XP and helped   
   him via that one time but now I don't have XP any more.
