   I tried Gentoo and found it a real P.I.T.A.  I have also used Mandrake    
   (before it went down the toilet and became mandriva). Whatever distro I    
   jump to (If i drop Ubuntu) it will be debian based as I also hate RPM.    
   Obviously this is personal taste.  I am not here to convince you not to    
   jump ship.
