   I have a Rockwell external modem and have set up pon. Pon can dial a   
   number for my internet provider but gets a wrong number message. Dialing   
   the smae number using a regular phone does not get a wrong number   
   message. The Rockwell modem creates a internet connection  with Kubuntu.    
      
   Does anyone know what's wrong?
