    System-->Administration-->Networking tells me eth0 is active. How    
   do I double-check that I'm really using ndiswrapper? The terminal gave    
   me no error messages when I made several ndiswrapper commands. BTW, I    
   reported that eth0 command incorrectly in my first post. It was    
   actually "sudo ifconfig eth0 down" as per Sourceforge:
