   Hi, I am using kubuntu 6.10 and have managed to add the repositories to    
   allow me to install from the vast selection of software packages. I am    
   finding that only about half of them appear in my start menu of listed    
   programmes. I am assuming I can use the Konsole to start them but I am not    
   sure how??
