   That does not appear to be a functionality the operating system , whatever    
   it is.   
      
   If your monitor does not display the startup sequence, you ought to fix it    
   over the BIOS or refer to the manufacturer of your graphics card, which    
   might provide some programme (usually at DOS level) to patch the graphics    
   card's flash memory.
