   So I checked all of those folders and I do not have the file in any of   
   them.   
      
   I have searched with aptitude, tried apt-get install after doing an   
   update, looked in synaptic, googled it with no results.   
      
   I did find that a lot of people have the same problem and that it probably   
   is included in wine.   
      
   But I have wine so some of my searches should have found it.   
      
   I can't understand why a lib that is so important to so many is so hard to   
   find.
