   Yeah, I know I can turn that off but I want to display the Adobe icon.   
   There are a few other documents that I want to change also but if I can   
   figure how to do this one then I should be able to do the others as well.   
      
   It has to be possible because there are icon sets on art.gnome.org that   
   people have done that change the document icons but I just can't find out   
   how they did it.   
      
   This is really bugging me to no end!  ;>(
