   But this is to confuse quantity with quality. The general standard of   
   these 20,000 apps is pretty poor. Just compare this Pan newsreader I'm   
   using with 40tude Dialog from the Windows camp. And that's not to bring in   
   all those apps lurking in SourceForge at beta 0.something and with no sign   
   of current work!
