   Once you've understood the basic ideas you don't forget them that   
   fast. Maybe you need to look up some syntax details if you didn't use   
   them for some time but that takes only a few minutes.

   The command line is a powerful tool to do things. It can save you a lot   
   of time, but you need to spend some time learning first. Of course it's   
   up to the user if he wants to use it - even if they are rookies. So way   
   not let them decide themselves instead of telling them what's the
