   I have a doctor who knows SFA about computers, and who runs a   
   bought system to handle all his paper and records, under XP.  He   
   spends a considerable amount of his time swearing at it, as it   
   crashes.  I have especially warned him about any future Vista   
   upgrades, since he is highly dependant on images from various   
   tests.  See the URL below, scan for the word 'medical'.  I have   
   suggested he harass them for a Linux based system.
